InstaClad Pty Ltd ,  established in 2014, is a Perth-based company providing high-quality exterior wall solutions for residential properties.
 
We are a family-run business that began in New Zealand, bringing over 15 years of experience in Sydney and more than 10 years of continued service in Perth.

 

With over 32 years of combined experience across Australia and New Zealand, we specialise in the application of EPS (Expanded Polystyrene System) external cladding. Our expertise covers the full spectrum—from complete EPS system installation to premium texture coating—for:

  • Re-cladding over timber or Colorbond fencing to modernise and enhance curb appeal
